Step into a world of dance and creativity with our enchanting ballet workshop at The Grounds of Alexandria! Whether your little one dreams of being a dancer or just loves to move, this experience is open to kids of all abilities - everyone can share the joy of ballet.

What's Included?

• Get swept away by a beautiful short ballet that brings the magic of dance to life!
• Join the fun with an engaging ballet class, learning simple moves and discovering the fun of dancing like a ballerina.
• Get crafty with ballet-themed crafts! Each child will design their own elegant paper tiara, with materials provided to spark their imagination.

The workshops will occur in Linseed House at The Grounds of Alexandria. Please see The Cafe front desk for directions.

Please note that bookings are essential and places will be sold on a first-come-first served basis, so please act quickly to make sure you don't miss out.

Important Information

• This event will run for approximately 90 minutes and will be held inside. As such, it will go ahead in all weather conditions.
• This experience is suitable for children aged between 4 and 13 years. This is an approximation and we understand that every child has different levels of ability. You are the best judge of whether this activity is appropriate for your child.
• Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before the session and check in with our team in Linseed House. Be aware that traffic and parking in the area can be challenging.
• This is not a drop off service. Parents are required to stay within The Grounds of Alexandria precinct at all times while their child is participating in this workshop.
• Food and drinks can be purchased from The Grounds of Alexandria Cafe, The Garden and The Potting Shed on the day. Please consider making a reservation online before you visit to avoid waiting.
• Any requests for refunds must be made at least 72 hours prior to your class. Refund requests made within 72 hours will not be considered.
• In the event that a child does not arrive for their booked session, this will be considered a last-minute cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
