Ballina Business Skills Workshop: Setting your business up for Success in the year ahead

Now that a new financial year has begun it’s one of the best times to plan your business’s roadmap ahead.  Our experience over the last 6 months has shown that you can plan all you like, but there are times when the plan has to be changed due to external forces.   

That considered; it will always be in your best interest to know where you are heading, even when roadblocks hit.   

These two hours will cover: 

• The value of having a strategy 
• The timings and life cycle of business and their impact upon the business owner 
• Knowing where your business is in the cycle 

• What a business has to endure in these times 

Join us to talk about strategy and why it is so important when making decisions for your business.  Developing strategies is never a one-time event it is a consistent approach over time to achieve successful results for a profitable and thriving business.
