You have been asking for it, and the Balloons and Teddy Bear Cake Masterclass is is back! 🎈

During this (2 evenings) cake decorating class, Sarah will share her most efficient way to cover a tall cake with fondant while achieving perfect sharp edges.

She will be teaching the best way to make clear balloons from gelatine and attach them to a cake.

You will learn how to make a cute teddy bear figurine by hand as well as how and why to work on a dummy cake (you can keep your masterpiece forever or reuse every part).

Suitable for all levels, even beginners (16+)

2x3 hours classes, from 5pm to 8pm on Tuesday 10/10 and Wednesday 11/10. You must come both days!

What is included:

• A 6" dummy cake you have decorated yourself on a presentation board, in a travel-safe box.

• Comprehensive notes and recipe relevant to this class to help you recreate your cake at home with confidence.

If you prefer to work on a real cake, you can!

Simply select 'Bring you own cake' options and :

• BYO (must be 6" diameter around 6-7" tall, nicely covered with set and hard chocolate ganache)

• Or alternatively be in touch with Sarah at info@sarahvalette.com to request a cake to be ready for you.

As all materials & tools will be provided for you to use in the cake studio, the only things you can bring are :

• An apron if you prefer to wear one

• A quick dinner or snack, something to drink if you like.
