About Beyond The Bell

Beyond The Bell is a small, Sydney-based, screen-free school holiday program designed to get kids outdoors, moving and connecting.

Founded by a working Mum with a background in event production, the program was built to offer something more structured, thoughtful and engaging than traditional holiday care — days that are active, well-run and genuinely enjoyable for kids.

Our Approach

We keep things simple:

Small groups
Clear but also flexible structure to each day
Plenty of movement and outdoor time
A balance of games, challenges and downtime

Our programs are designed to build confidence, independence and connection — without screens, and without overstimulation.

Our Team

Our team is made up of qualified educators and experienced support staff who know how to guide children, manage group dynamics and keep days running smoothly.

All staff are:

Experienced working with children
First aid and CPR trained
Supported with clear roles and expectations
Focused on safety, supervision and positive engagement

We run higher staff ratios than the minimum requirements, so children are well-supported throughout the day.
