The private sale of goods at this event from participants is strictly forbidden and persons partaking in such transactions will be ejected from the event and disqualified from any events they are participating in.
As a condition of entry participants require a physical ID and minors need to be closely accompanied by a legal guardian
Attendance of Minors: (From the Hurstville)
Whilst minors are welcome to attend both the tournament and the
Club, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is willing
to take responsibility for them throughout the day. The accompanying
adult must always remain with the minor while on Club premises and
be accountable for their welfare should any issues arise.
For clarity, a “responsible adult” is generally defined (through
guidance and practice under the Liquor Act) as an adult who is:
• a parent, stepparent, or guardian of the minor
• the minor’s spouse or de facto partner
• a person standing in the place of the parent or guardian at
that time (i.e. exercising parental responsibility)
As a licensed venue, we also have a responsibility to ensure
compliance. As such, the Club reserves the right to question any guest
or accompanying adult where a situation may place the Club at risk or
raise concerns regarding supervision and compliance obligations.
Tickets for good, not greed Humanitix dedicates 100% of profits from booking fees to charity
