Event description
Take a trip to Vietnam with award-winning restauranteur Jenny Lam and make several dishes from her cookbook, Eat Like A Viet. In this workshop, participants will be provided with step-by-step instructions to make Vietnamese rice paper rolls, steamed rice cakes, homemade pickles, and pork crackle. Participants will be provided with all ingredients and will get to eat what they have made.

JENNY LAM
Award winning cookbook author, restauranteur, and business owner Jenny Lam was a MasterChef Australia contest in 2018 and opened her own Vietnamese restaurant, Bunn Mee, with the help of her family in the same year. Jenny is the author of Eat Like a Viet, and founded Generous Foods PTY LTD that specialises in cooking classes, team building events and catering.
