As more banking services move online, many older Queenslanders are navigating a rapidly changing financial environment. This practical and interactive workshop will provide valuable information to help you stay safe online, recognise scams, protect your personal and financial information, and build confidence using digital banking services.

During the workshop, you will learn about:

The latest scam tactics targeting Australians
How to identify warning signs and avoid common scams
Simple ways to protect personal and banking information
Tips for safe online and mobile banking
What to do if something doesn't feel right
Where to access help and support

There will also be opportunities to ask questions and discuss real-life scenarios in a supportive and welcoming environment.
