FAQs

• What should we bring?

  Low chairs or a picnic rug for the movie, and please keep taller chairs towards the back so everyone can see. Insect repellent is worth packing for an evening on the oval.

• Is there food available?

  Yes. The P&C barbecue will be running alongside food trucks and market stalls from 4pm.

• Can we pay by card?

  Card and cash are accepted at all gates and at the P&C barbecue. Payment options vary at market stalls, so bring a mix of both.

• Is the event pram and wheelchair accessible?

  Yes. The event is on the school oval, which is flat and grassed. Accessible parking is available, and seating for the movie is unallocated, so pick any spot you like.

• Can we bring our dog?

  No pets please. Kangaroos move through the grounds in the afternoon, and we need to keep them, and your dog, safe. Assistance animals are welcome.

• Do I need to print my ticket?

  No, show it on your phone at the gate. One family pass admits four people, so please come through together.

• What happens if it rains?

  If wet weather forces a postponement we will move to a backup date and your ticket will stay valid. All ticket holders will be emailed and we will post on the P&C Facebook page.

• Can I get a refund if we cannot make it?

  Tickets are non-refundable.

• Can we bring alcohol?

  No. This is an alcohol-free event on school grounds.

• Do children need to be with an adult?

  Yes. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the whole event. This is not a drop-off event.
