Bankstown Transport Oriented Development rezoning proposal community in-person sessions

You are invited to join the department to discuss the Bankstown TOD rezoning proposal now on exhibition. We are hosting community in-person sessions at

Bankstown Sports Club (Level 2, Gillawarna Room), 8 Greenfield Parade, Bankstown on Saturday 3 August 2024, 10am - 4pm. You will have the opportunity to learn more about the proposal with planners in one of six sessions. 

Session times: 

• 10am - 10.45am 
• 11am - 11.45am 
• 12pm - 12.45pm 
• 1.15pm - 2pm 
• 2.15pm - 3pm 
• 3.15pm - 4pm 
  

Each 45 minute session will give you the opportunity to discuss the proposal with our planners and ask your questions.

The Bankstown TOD rezoning proposal builds upon the vision of the Bankstown City Centre masterplan, so we can deliver more well-located homes close to transport, jobs, and amenities.
