We’ll move through different styles, from crisp and citrus-led to floral, savoury and quietly strange, with a few surprises along the way.

Expect a seated, guided tasting with time to sip properly, ask questions and get to know what is actually in the glass. A few thoughtful snacks will keep things steady, and the bar will be there if the afternoon carries on.
