Barden Party presents Romeo & Juliet

Imagine the classic love story of Romeo and Juliet with a twist, being played out in the magical meadow at Fairfield House! Award-winning theatre company, The Barden Party is bringing their usual fun-loving spin to R&J and filling Shakespeare's most famous play with their general hilarious, heartfelt antics. Set as modern-bohemian romance put to Kiwi and Australian music you love, and that you’ve never heard before… You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll dance the night away.

This is an outdoor event happening in the Courtyard at Fairfield House. Bring what you need to be comfortable - low chairs, extra layers for when it starts to get cooler. Should it be forecast to rain we will contact you with further information. And should the show not be able to go ahead you will receive a full refund. 

Doors open 6:00pm - Fairfield House will be operating a bar so no BYO drinks onsite. The bar will be serving Toasties, Ice Cream and Proper Crisps. You are welcome to bring additional snacks along to enjoy at the show. 

Show time 6:30pm- 9:00pm (2 x 1 hour segments with an interval)
