Bardon Scouts ARP & Group Night

On Thursday 30 May, beginning at 6pm Bardon Scouts will hold its annual Annual Report Presentation night.

The evening will include:

• Short presentations from Bardon Joeys, Cubs, Scouts and Venturer groups
• Food, most likely a fire and some entertainment
• The Chairman’s message and the tabling of the annual report
• Voting on and election of new committee positions

Please note all families are required to send at least one parent/guardian to the ARP evening. Children are also welcome and we’ll quickly feed them upon arrival.

Please RSVP by Friday 24th May with your family name and how many family members you will be bringing (for catering purposes).
