Are full-price items included in the outlet sale offer?
No. Full-price stock is excluded from the $50 & under outlet sale, but will be available at 30% off during the event.

Are the complimentary bracelets unlimited?
Complimentary permanent bracelets (one per order over $100) are available in limited quantities each day, offered on a first come, first served basis, so arrive early to redeem yours.

What are the parking options?
Street parking is available around the venue. Spaces may be limited, so please plan ahead.

Is the event accessible by public transport?
Yes. The nearest train station is Collingwood Station, just 750m from the venue, around a 10-minute walk.

Can I get a free matcha drink without a ticket?
You must show your Humanitix ticket to receive a free matcha drink. Drinks are available in limited quantities each day, so we recommend arriving early to avoid missing out.
