We'll start with a welcome cocktail and enjoy delicious dishes from the Alcove kitchen.

ABOUT JAZ'MIN: Jaz’min Weaver spent the last decade running premium bar programs in Metro-Detroit with a focus on low-waste and seasonality, while expertly honing her craft. Her background includes extensive beverage pairing to ever-changing prix fixe menus, and a passion for exploring flavors, aromas and all things sensory. Her expertise ranges from pairing fragrances to cocktails, cocktails to oysters, and everything in between. Jaz’min is a certified Executive Bourbon Steward, 2022 LEE Initiative Mentee, and former Secretary and Board Member of the Detroit chapter of the USBG. This path has led Jaz'min to her current role of National Brand Ambassador for Bardstown Bourbon Company, where she is proud to contribute to the future of bourbon.
