You'll be guided through a carefully curated sensory journey combining slow movement, spa-inspired ritual, heat therapy, and intentional nourishment - designed to melt stress, recalibrate your nervous system, and awaken your feminine vitality.

A slow flowing yoga, movement and breathwork practice to open the body and nervous system

Location & Preparation

After our movement and ritual practice at the serene Hood Studio, you will be chauffeured in a private car to Melt Saunas - a tranquil bathhouse sanctuary just moments away - where the next phase of your retreat experience will gently unfold.

What to Bring:

Please arrive wearing soft, comfortable clothing to move in (activewear etc.)
A bathrobe to wear over your swimwear (optional, but encouraged for the ritual portion - activewear shorts/crop also welcome - we want to aim for some bare skin for dry brushing)
Swimwear to change into + 2 towels for the sauna experience
All tools, mats, props and refreshments provided.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and honour a calm, grounded start.
