Join us in the forest for a quiet morning of reflection and connection.

Megan will guide us in a gentle forest bathing experience with a series of invitations designed to help us slow down, awaken our senses, and deepen our connection with the natural world. We’ll leave our screens behind for this one, not as a rule, but as an invitation to show up fully.

Then we'll settle in with Meagan for a curated writing session, where she'll use poetry as a guide to help whatever stirred in the forest find its way onto the page.

We’ll finish with a tea ceremony and a sharing circle.

No writing experience needed, just a willingness to wander ... in the woods and with your words.

Spots are limited / Registration required / Shoes optional

(Exact meeting spot will be sent upon registration!)

RAIN DATE: Monday, June 8th

(we will notify participants the night before if it looks like we need to postpone the walk)
