Barista Basics Masterclass
Description
BARISTA BASICS MASTERCLASS
Great coffee starts with understanding what's happening in the cup.
Whether you're stepping behind a commercial coffee machine for the first time or looking to build stronger foundations, this hands-on masterclass is designed to give you the skills, knowledge and confidence to make great coffee.
We'll work through the fundamentals of espresso, dosing and extraction, how to dial in your coffee, milk texturing, workflow and putting it all together behind the bar.
But this isn't just about learning what buttons to press.
We want you to understand why you're doing what you're doing, so you can make better decisions when the coffee isn't behaving, recognise what needs adjusting and develop consistency in every cup.
With a maximum of just two participants, there's plenty of time for individual guidance, questions and hands-on practice.
