Join us for an intimate celebration of the Winter Solstice, centered around themes of regeneration and sustainability. This special event features a collaborative culinary experience by local chef and farmer Simone Watts and winemaker Luke Curry of Taturry Wines and RHV.

Together they will share their stories of understanding and respecting terroir followed by a menu that reflects these joint philosophies.

Nestled under the towering Manna Gum trees in Red Hill is The Cambium – A Sanctuary For Thinkers. 

We are delighted to invite the general public to this exclusive venue and event, where you have the opportunity to explore the property, surrounded by the Endeavour Fern Gully Bushland and its many places to wine, dine, and reflect. 

We will firstly meet in The Cambium Stables to hear about the latest on regeneration and sustainability. After, you will be invited into The Cambium dining room for lunch by the fire with additional wine available throughout the afternoon.

* Please note we can cater for an alternative vegetarian menu, however due to the nature of this set menu we cannot accommodate celiac, dairy free or fructose allergies. If you have minor intolerances, we would like to promote that we use only there highest quality whole grains and organic produce wherever possible.

The Cambium offers 10 contemporary suites complete with ensuites, premium king/queen beds with luxury linen, premium teas and private views of the National Park and gardens.

Rate: $500+gst per room per night and including a continental self-served breakfast.
