Proceeds from this donation based fitness class will benefit the scholarship fund for the Girls on the Run of Montgomery County, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization designed to enhance participants' social, emotional and physical skills to successfully navigate life experiences.

What to expect: No experience required - barre3 is designed for every level of fitness, from beginner to expert (14yrs +). Your instructor will offer modifications throughout class, allowing you to work in a way that is challenging and feels amazing in the body.

When to Arrive: 10-15 minutes early to allow time to check in, meet your instructor and find a spot for your mat. Class will start promptly at 9am in the upstairs ballroom at Pinstripes Pike & Rose.

What To Wear: Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in and bring your smiles! Most go barefoot on their mats, but some prefer wear sturdy sports shoes.

Their fun, interactive lessons meet the unique needs of participants of all abilities and backgrounds.
