Kick off your Saturday morning with a 60 minute barre3 workout combining strength, cardio and mindfulness. Enjoy a complimentary mimosa to follow along with a brunch offer for you and your friends. 100% of proceeds from the donation based barre3 class will benefit the scholarship fund for the Girls on the Run of Montgomery County, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization designed to enhance participants' social, emotional and physical skills to successfully navigate life experiences

What To Expect: No experience required—barre3 is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert. Your instructor will offer modifications throughout class, allowing you to work in a way that is challenging and feels amazing in the body. 

What is included with ticket: 60 minute barre3 class led by barre3 Studio Owner Juliana Stein, mimosa following class, entry to win amazing prizes, underground barre3 class package offers + an exclusive discount on Pinstripes incredible bistro brunch (sold separately at just $35/person).

When to Arrive: 10-15 minutes early to allow time to check in, meet your instructor and find a spot for your mat. Class will start promptly at 9am in the upstairs ballrooom at Pinstripes Pike & Rose.

What To Wear: Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in and bring your smiles! Most go barefoot on their mats, but some prefer wear sturdy sports shoes.

What To Bring: Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and optional handheld weights.

Free 2 hour parking next to the Porsche dealership

The mission of Girls on the Run of Montgomery County is to deliver a quality program that educates and prepares young girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living.

Their fun, interactive lessons meet the unique needs of participants of all abilities and backgrounds. They provide scholarships to cover program costs so that all girls who wish to participate are able to do so, awarding more than 25% of participants financial assistance each season so that no girl is left out.
