Here’s the truth: Barre is for everyone - and it's a seriously fun, energising way to work out.
This 60-minute, full-body class is designed to leave you feeling strong, empowered, and buzzing with energy. Whether you're a total beginner or a Barre regular, you’ll experience the signature shake, burn, and buzz that makes Barre so addictive. No ballet skills required.
We focus on major muscle groups, including the arms, legs, glutes, and core and use small targeted movements, with high repetition, and light weights or resistance.
Think:
👉🏽 Pulsing in a squat to fire up your glutes and quads
👉🏽 Burning out your triceps with light-weight kickbacks
👉🏽 Flowing through a spicy plank sequence
All to feel-good tunes that keep you moving and motivated!
