You’ll experience a 45-minute Pilates x Barre session, led by expert instructors from Living Barre & Yoga, focused on strength, balance, and mindful movement. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, this session is for all levels and aims to leave you feeling refreshed and empowered.

Alongside the movement, enjoy a post-session unwind with delicious matcha and wellness drinks provided by our amazing partners.
