Wine and sweet desserts are the perfect pairing. Join us for an evening of barre3 & wine tasting in partnership with The Wine Concierge. Enjoy a full body 45 minute barre3 workout followed by a delicious sampling of three wines and your favorite desserts. Must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout combining strength, cardio, and mindfulness that will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.

What To Expect: No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert. Our instructors offer modifications throughout class, allowing you to work in a way that’s both challenging and feels amazing in your body.

What To Wear: Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Most clients go barefoot, but some prefer wearing grip socks.

What To Bring: Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated. We’ll provide mats and any necessary props.

When to Arrive: We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to meet your instructor, get a tour of the space, and ask any questions you may have.
