About your facilitator Eav Brennan
Eav (she/her) is an award-winning textile and comic artist, and design researcher based on Gadigal Country. Her explores how we can tell stories about the animals and plants of the world. She also manages the 107 Redfern rooftop garden, and loves making freshly picked herbal teas.
About Hickson House Gin
Located around the corner from The Gallery, Hickson House is The Rocks' very own gin distillery and bar.
Hickson House are a partner for 107 on The Rocks and workshop attendees are invited to head down to Hickson House for dinner after their workshop.
About Mountain Goat beer
Mountain Goat started out back in 1997 when two mates decided they wanted better tasting beers and were determined to do something about it. In 2020 they opened their Newtown Brewpub, bringing a little bit of Mountain Goat to Sydney’s inner-west.
