Winter Weaving Workshop at Summertown Studio 

Join Wiradjuri artist Elisabeth Blomberg for a serene and immersive basket weaving workshop at Summertown Studio this Winter

This hands-on experience offers a unique opportunity to learn the ancient art of weaving, a deeply meditative and culturally rich practice. 

As we settle into Winter and embrace the slowness of this beautiful season, it can be the perfect time to lean into your creativity and learn a new art. 

Picture weaving by the warmth, sipping delicious tea and having a yarn with a group of people who have perfectly come together in a night of creativity, culture and community

Feel free to come solo or bring a friend. 

All materials will be provided so all you have to do is arrive and settle into the space 

Sustainably sourced Madagascan natural and eco-dyed raffia will be used in this workshop. 🫶🏽
