Our High-Protein Batch Cooking Course is a hands-on series designed to help you prepare healthy and balanced dishes that fuel your week and fit your lifestyle.

Whether you’re looking to simplify meal prep, eat more protein, or discover fresh recipe inspiration, this class will give you the tools, confidence, and recipes to cook smarter.

👩‍🍳What You’ll Do
Every other Thursday, we’ll cook together in a fun, relaxed group session. You’ll:

  • Batch cook high-protein recipes designed for busy weeks

  • Learn smart shortcuts for prepping, cooking, and storing meals

  • Discover creative ways to make your food freezer-friendly

  • Pick up flavour-boosting tips to keep healthy eating exciting

Best part? You’ll leave each class with two hearty servings of what we cook (500ml containers), ready to enjoy right away or freeze for later.

🌱 Please Bring Your Own Containers
We advocate for low-waste cooking! Please bring two reusable containers (about 500ml each) so you can take home your meals fresh from the pot.

📅 Class Schedule & Menu
Sessions run every other Thursday, 4-6pm. Each class features a different protein-rich menu:

  • Week 1 | October 2 - Chilli Con Carne with Protein-Rich Tortilla & Guacamole | Dairy-Free

  • Week 2 | October 16 - Thai-Style Chicken Khao Soi with Crispy Chilli Oil & Pickled Greens | Dairy-Free

  • Week 3 | October 30 - Pan-Seared Salmon with Herb Yogurt, Veggie Quinoa & Broccoli Salad | Gluten-Free

  • Week 4 | November 13 - Protein-Packed Vegetarian Curry with Zucchini Kofta & Basmati Rice | Vegan & Gluten-Free
