As part of the Australian Government’s commitment to delivering a new National Cultural Policy by the end of this year, consultation has now opened for stakeholders and community members to provide their perspectives and feedback to inform the policy.

Town hall events are being held across the country. Tickets are limited due to venue capacity.

The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications (the department) is collecting personal information for the purposes of national public consultation on a National Cultural Policy, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.

The department may also disclose accessibility information to a third party for the purposes of meeting any access requirements that you disclose. The department will not disclose any other personal information gathered or make available to a third party without your permission.

If you do not provide all the information requested, you may miss the opportunity to attend the consultation events for which the information was gathered.
