For too long, small and family business owners have been led to believe that their well-being is a luxury and that anxiety, depression, overwhelm, and burnout are simply the cost of doing business.

We're excited to partner with the Office of Small and Family Business and the City of Charles Sturt to deliver the next workshop in our Wellbeing Mastermind Series.

BATTLING BUSINESS BLUES

The constant pressures of running a business, navigating challenges, managing staff, balancing cash flow and working in crisis mode can take their toll on the mental health and wellbeing of business owners. With many business owners feeling unprecedented financial and emotional pressure this workshop provides the opportunity to meet, connect, support and share your experiences with other business owners, so you can manage your own mental health and that of your team.
