Venue: ILUMINA, 1 Elizabeth St, Sydney NSW 2000
Dress code: Black Tie (with a disco twist!)
After a short hiatus, the Blue Tie Ball is making a comeback in 2026! Over 11 years, the ball has raised more than 1.5 million, helping more than 50,000 young people to receive life changing mental health education in schools and universities across Australia.
As we gather on the eve of World Mental Health Day 2026, we will celebrate batyr’s impact and unite in support for young people across Australia.
Join us on the 9th October and experience a batyr disco, hear from our CEO and connect with other passionate individuals. There are plenty of ways to get involved - make a pledge of support, place your bids in our auction, or purchase raffle tickets to score one of our incredible prizes!

You’ll hear from a batyr storyteller sharing their inspiring story of hope and resilience of overcoming mental ill-health. Their inspiring and heartfelt narrative will resonate with you long after the night ends.
Every dollar raised at the Blue Tie Ball supports batyr’s mission to deliver mental health education and empower young people to talk openly about mental health and take charge of their wellbeing. batyr’s programs promote mental health literacy, reduces stigma surrounding mental illness, and increases help-seeking behaviour.
Suicide remains the number one cause of death for young people in Australia.
We’ve reached and supported more than 500,000 young people with the skills and confidence to reach out for support during tough times, but there are still so many young lives at risk.
Don't miss your chance to celebrate a decade of incredible impact and help us continue our mission of growing a mentally healthy Australia for young people and their communities. This is an 18-year-old and older event.
Can’t make it to the event? You can still support batyr’s life-changing youth mental health education by donating here.
