    Multicultural Community Connect & Summer Cool Down

    Join us for a family-friendly, fun and informative evening on summer health and wellbeing at the Chewton Pool.

    We're inviting multicultural community members and families to come together, share a meal, and learn about heat safety + health and well being.

    Join Castlemaine Community House, Loddon Campaspe Multicultural Services and Women's Health Loddon Mallee for a free BBQ and a splash in the Chewton Pool.

    As we gear up for the warmer months, we'll be sharing helpful tips on mental health, wellbeing and summer safety to keep you and your family cool, safe, and healthy this season.

    What to Expect:

    • Free BBQ & free swimming
    • Heat and health: what to do during heatwaves-Practical tips for staying healthy and reducing your risk of
    • COVID-19 over summer-Informal round-table discussion on women’s health and well-being.
    • Women’s Health Loddon Mallee will host an informal women’s table from 6:00pm - 6:30pm, inviting women to share tips on mental health and wellbeing this summer.

    When: Friday 29th November, 5:00pm - 7:00pm
    Where: Chewton Pool ( Transportation can be provided if needed. Contact reception@cch.org.au for more information. )
    What to Bring : A hat, water bottle, and your swimming gear. Pool staff and lifeguards will be onsite.

    This event is organised by Castlemaine Community House, Loddon Campaspe Multicultural Services, Women Health Loddon Mallee.

    With support from, Loddon Mallee Primary Health Unit (LMPHU), Dhelkaya Health, Mount Alexander Shire Council.
