Join me for a powerful and transformative breathwork journey designed to help you regulate your nervous system, reunite your body & mind and release stuck emotions.

This guided session blends functional breathwork (to calm and balance your system) with conscious connected breathing (to explore and process deeper emotional layers). We’ll gently quiet the analytic mind to give space for your limbic brain, the part that stores emotions, to release what needs to move.

10min gentle and slow breathing to invite relaxation and activate your lungs
20min of faster conscious connected breathing
15min of integration and manifestation

A yoga mat or blanket
Water bottle
Eye mask (optional)
An open heart or someone you love

Tip: Come on an empty or light stomach. Avoid caffeine, stimulants or alcohol beforehand.
