Guest names provided will be allocated to a specific table. Please provide all guest names for your table before Friday, October 16, 2026.
Dietary requirements will be accommodated to the best of our ability if received prior to Friday, October 16, 2026.
BCCI Events team reserves the right to remove or refuse entry to anyone who has registered or gained access under false pretenses, provided false information, or for any other reason whatsoever that they deem is cause under the circumstances.

**Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation must be requested via email to events@busseltonchamber.com.au by the Friday, October 16, 2026 for a refund to be issued. Please keep in mind that the booking fee will not be refunded.
