Description
Join us for a practical and interactive Business Continuity Planning (BCP) + Resilience Readiness Scorecard Session designed specifically for the community sector.
Delivered in partnership with NCQ through the Ready Together program, this workshop will support organisations to strengthen their preparedness, resilience, and ability to continue supporting the community during disasters and disruptions.
Using the ACOSS Six Steps to Resilience framework, participants will explore:
• identifying operational risks and vulnerabilities
• practical business continuity strategies
• maintaining essential services during disruption
• strengthening sector connections and collaboration
• using a resilience scorecard to identify strengths and next steps
