Bethany Christian School's Biggest Christmas Banquet

We are thrilled to invite you to Bethany’s Biggest Christmas Banquet on Wednesday, 3rd December, 5:30 - 7:30 PM.

This will be an unforgettable evening as we celebrate the true meaning of Christmas together. We would like to eat together with staff, students and families bringing a meal to eat as a community. There will be tables set up throughout the school with our students hosting and bringing activities and fun to your tables!

Tickets are free. All tickets are general entry and secure a seat at the banquet table, seats are not allocated.

If you don’t book before the 17th November please understand that you will not have a seating at the table and will need to bring a picnic blanket for your family.

What to Bring

• A meal for your own family to enjoy including drinks (BYO – no alcohol). Families will be seated together for the evening, at different times students may be involved in hosting parts of the event.

• A small Christmas centrepiece for your table that reflects how your family celebrates. (This is optional)

• Joy and excitement for a night of fun, games, and celebration!

Event Highlights

• Parade: Starts at 5:30pm sharp with ELC, Junior Primary, and other participating students.

• Banquet: Families share a meal at giant banquet tables stretching across the school.

• Activities & Entertainment: Students will host and will have created table activities for you to enjoy. Christmas Parade, Carols, Christmas quiz, and more!

Note: While families will be sitting together for the evening, students may be involved in hosting parts of the event at different times. (a memo with further details will be sent out before the event)

Please book by 17th November with the number of seats you need. This helps us plan tables and spaces. After the 17th November you will need to bring a picnic blanket as all tables will have already been allocated.

We can’t wait to celebrate Jesus’ birth with you in a way that’s impactful, memorable, and full of joy!
