Biomaterials have been used to revolutionize industries and practices across biodesign, providing sustainable alternatives to commonly existing materials used today. As research and development of biomaterials is rapidly advancing, biodesigners are seeking different ways of engaging with biomaterials through art, design, and experimentation in a range of settings. How can biodesigners forge their own path in this exciting area?

Join BDC alum Fiona Bell, an interdisciplinary engineer, biomaterial researcher, and postdoctoral fellow at the University of New Mexico, as she shares her experience in biomaterial research and academia.
