This interactive workshop is jam-packed full of useful tips and techniques to help you understand more about the principles of life mentoring to support others.
Whether you're curious to become a mentor for family members, friends or colleagues, or if you just want to understand what community mentoring is all about and gain some confidence to hold a safe space for a conversation, this workshop will be a great foundation for the future.
Who: All adults 18+, all genders

= Know the principles of life mentoring to provide support to someone
= Resist the desire to "fix" someone's issue
= Learn and practice vital communications skills for meaningful conversations
This program is aimed for the people and communities of the SouthWest Sydney area.
The training will be conducted in English. Some content may be supported for Vietnamese speakers.
