Who am I when I stop trying to be who I think I should be?

BE is the first of a three-course series exploring self-love through the ordinary, human moments that test our relationship with ourselves. Not a course that teaches you to love yourself as an idea — a guided practice of noticing how you already treat yourself.

Across four weeks, live online, we'll explore:
— Being Enough
— Being Seen
— Comparison and Belonging
— Being Alone and Not Knowing

Some of what's shared is channelled — spoken teaching that comes through Mark rather than being planned in advance. You don't need any prior experience with that for this course to make sense. You only need a willingness to look at your own life closely.
