Strategem Masterclass Series 2026

Future-proof your business with insights from some of Australia's leading thinkers, innovators and business strategists.

The Strategem Masterclass Series is an exclusive professional development program designed for CEOs, business owners and senior leaders who are committed to staying ahead of change, strengthening their leadership and preparing their organisations for what comes next. Drawing on expert thought leadership, practical frameworks and collaborative discussion, each session will provide actionable takeaways that can be immediately applied to your business.

Rarely available outside Australia's major capital cities, the Strategem Masterclass Series brings a calibre of speakers and thought leadership typically reserved for metropolitan audiences directly to regional Victoria. This exclusive program provides local business leaders with unmatched access to contemporary business thinking, practical insights and valuable peer connections—without the need to travel.

Over 4 months and across five masterclasses, you'll explore topics including business growth and strategic thinking, artificial intelligence, risk management, leadership development and the future of work. The series opens with a special double-header featuring entrepreneur and investor Dom Pym and AI specialist Ash Greaves, delivering valuable insights into rethinking business growth and implementing AI in practical ways.

Hosted at Galkangu – Bendigo GovHub, each interactive session is designed to encourage learning, discussion and peer-to-peer collaboration with a select group of business leaders. Attendance is limited to ensure a high-quality experience and meaningful engagement. Light refreshments will be provided.
