This is not a technology presentation. It is a hands-on opportunity to experience the tools that businesses across

Australia are using today to improve workforce capability, it can help reduce training costs and does help create better

customer experiences.

A highlight of the session will be an interactive demonstration of Minaca VR's Managing Customer Aggression training

program, developed by Australian Award Winning VR specialists Start Beyond. This immersive experience places

participants in realistic workplace scenarios, showcasing how businesses can deliver effective training regardless of

their location.

Start Beyond, which was named in the Top 10 2023 AFR Most Innovative Tech Companies as well as in the Top 20

Australian Startup Employers are nbn’s technical partner for the national VR roadshow.
