She is dedicated to breaking down barriers to mental health support and empowering diverse communities. During this special one-hour workshop we will cover the importance of wellbeing, signs of poor wellbeing, and the impact of stress on our wellbeing. We’ll dive into strategies to boost your wellbeing and show you how Partners in Wellbeing can support you in your journey. Plus, you'll experience a relaxing mindfulness activity to calm your mind and recharge. Prioritising your wellbeing is key to thriving in every aspect of life.
