In this class we will be curious around movement of the body in it's natural rhythm.

Movement is life life - and as we know "movement has no beginning and no end"

Can we bring freedom to the mind and the body, that isn't confined by labels and fixated systems?

We will examine the shoulder through the lens of Perpetual Poetry - This makes the therapy a practice of Heart fullness, with no distraction.
