Business Owners’ Lunch: Supporting Mental Health and Wellbeing

A Partnership Between Mindfull Aus & Baw Baw Shire Council

Running a business is rewarding—but it’s also demanding. Stress, overwhelm, and burnout can creep in, leaving mental health on the back burner. Let’s change that.

For every $1 invested in mental health in the workplace, there is a return of $4 in improved health and productivity.
Let’s be part of that.

Join us for a two-course business lunch featuring expert speakers who understand the unique pressures faced by business owners.

💡 What you’ll gain:

Fostering a supportive working environment that allows for meaningful conversations.
Tools and strategies to reduce stress and manage overwhelm.
Practical advice to protect your mental wellbeing while running a thriving business.
