Be Hear Now presents a unique and special experience, with DJ Phil Smart joined by Ray Good, better know to the electronic music community as DJ Sugar Ray, who since hanging up his headphones many years ago has gone on to become a well regarded and sought after mindfulness and meditation coach and keynote speaker.

For this guided soundbath experience, Ray will be facilitating a session of calming breathwork, meditation and a yoga nidra practice while Phil weaves together a multilayered soundscape of ambient music, live instruments, drones and consciously selected frequencies to be emitted from Club 77's incredible sound system.

There will be some soft cushions and rugs for you to lay down on, or you're welcome to take a seat. Also, feel free to bring along anything you need to make yourself comfortable... yoga mats, pillows, bolster, blanket, eye mask, whatever you like:)

Doors open at 6pm for a 6.30pm start. Enter via the back door off Yurong Lane.
