Mt Albert Baptist Church presents:

Be Kind to Your Mind - Women's Retreat 2025

Join us for a day of making space for yourself, meeting amazing women and listening to renowned NZ speaker Julia Grace, as she takes us on a journey, using a blend of faith, science and life experience, to teach you how to Be Kind to Your Mind.

With speaker sessions and space in between to be creative, mingle, pamper and have quiet time, this is the day you deserve.

Tickets are $35 per person (early-bird rate), $45 per person after 18 August 2025. Group specials available, four tickets for $120. Tickets include morning tea and lunch. Please let us know any dietary requirements in advance.
