Event description

This month, we gather in sacred sisterhood for a circle themed around being seen and being held, a reminder that you are never alone on your journey.

This is a space for authenticity, connection, and healing. A space where we drop the mask, speak from the heart, and gather with other women who are also seeking meaning and real connection. Magic happens when women come together.

We are blessed to welcome Shahad Hassan, who will guide us through a deeply restorative hour of sound healing and frequencies and introduce us to her intentional jewelry with a wealth of knowledge. Her soothing frequencies will help quiet the mind, open the heart, and bring a sense of peace and balance to your whole being.

Shahad and I are really looking forward to holding sacred space for us all to surrender and receive the abundance that surrounds you.

We'll enjoy a cup of ceremonial cacao.

This is your space to pause, to connect, and to simply be: seen, supported, and celebrated.

Please bring:

  • A mat

  • A healthy snack to share

  • A journal and pen, water bottle, a blanket, or anything to make you comfortable

  • An open heart and a willingness to share or simply receive

Spaces are limited to keep the circle intimate, so book early to secure your spot.

Together, we rise

Let this be your invitation to step out from behind the “shoulds” and into something real.

With love

Fiona
