An Artist Series: The 7 Powers of being Human

Through the process of Creative Arts Therapy, Amalia will facilitate a sharing to help elicit a deeper understanding of your own human experience in this creative world that we are living in.

The Sessions: Each session will explore a different element that can act as a gift and be your guide.

The Work: How can you journey alongside these 7 natures whilst living with honesty and integrity?

The Brief: There will be a basic grounded introduction as we settle into the space together, and a number of prompts & activities to elicit the sharing amongst us.

Please arrive with a sense of curiosity, imagination and dedication to the work, to yourself, to others and to the space around you; all in service of bringing you closer to your own creative process.

These sessions will include creative co-companioning and partner work.
