The Session: Explore and Inquire into your unique offering as an arts maker.

Through the process of Creative Arts Therapy, Amalia will facilitate a sharing to help elicit a deeper understanding of your creative process.

Bring along a representation of your creative work & we will use this as an access point to deepen into the exploration.

The Brief: There will be a basic grounded introduction as we settle into the space together, and a number of prompts & activities to elicit the sharing amongst us.

Arrive in ample time to centre yourself. Doors will close promptly at start time.

BYO Yoga Mat and Blanket for warmth. Your Journal. A Pen & some Ink.

Tea and Greek sweets will be served on the mezzanine afterward to engage, respond and reflect.
