  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

The Coal Loader is delighted to partner with Be the Future to run a brand new series of sustainably themed fun activities for kids (and their parents!).

This school holiday workshops series keeps the kids entertained with story-telling, nature play, eco-art and more. Open to kids aged 5-8 yrs.

Note: There is also a separate preschool program with irresistible invitations to play and keep their hands and minds busy with a different suite of activities every fortnight. Open to kids aged 2-5 yrs.

All workshops are free, and one parent must accompany each child.

Location: The Coal Loader, 2 Balls Head Drive. Look for the tour sign. 

Accessibility: All physical abilities are welcome as the site is fully accessible. Please contact our team for any special requirement requests or questions.

Booking essential – limited spaces available. Please cancel your booking asap if you are no longer available to attend.

Cost: $0 to take part however ONLY book if you can make it.

What to bring: Reusable water bottle, and plastic-free snacks for after the class. Close-toed shoes. Sun protection. Parents may wish to bring a keep cup for coffee.

Wet Weather: In the case of wet weather, indoor activities may replace any planned outdoor activities. The class will continue in bad weather.
