The Be Well Brunch TM is designed to provide time, a place and the space you need to go deeper. It helps you offload the pressures so that you can approach life with more energy and ease.

On Sunday, May 25rd from 10:45am-1:00pm, sit back and savor while we cater to you.

Enjoy a curated brunch experience, settle into our lovely, private space, with ten other guests. Our intimate group insures an atmosphere where you can comfortably let go of your worries and explore your inner-self. Indulge in a buffet of delectable items and treats specifically selected and prepared to replenish your body and mind.

Participate in facilitated group conversation, reflective journaling, and a wholistic exploration of well-being with a small group. Practice techniques that restore energy, renew inner peace and evoke relaxation. Our skilled facilitator helps you uncover and hone skills to reconnect with yourself and effectively manage stress.
