Sunday Morning in Santa Monica: A Refreshing Coastal Escape
Join us for a perfectly curated Sunday morning adventure in Santa Monica. We'll start with a scenic ride along the PCH bike path, taking in breathtaking ocean views, the invigorating sea breeze, and the warmth of the LA sun.
After the ride, unwind with a serene Sound Bath on the beach, designed to leave you feeling centered and recharged. To complete the experience, we'll head to the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market to explore fresh, delicious food and connect with great company.
This event is hosted by Outsiders LA and guided by @cristinavericella. Let’s make your Sunday unforgettable.

EVENT DETAILS:
- 9:40 AM Sharp! - Meet at Ride it Baby Bikes
- 10 AM - Start the Cycling experience on the PCH up to Will Rogers State Park
- 11 AM - Meet back at Ride it Baby Bikes
- 11:15 AM - Beach Sound Bath experience begins (on the beach in front of Casa Del Mar)
- 12 PM - Enjoy the Santa Monica Farmers Market on Main Street

- 7-mile bike ride | Level: beginner - ride at your own pace
- Parking at lot 5 and Bathrooms at Casa Del Mar Hotel or Public restroom along the beach
- Sound bath will be on the beach in the SUN.

WHAT TO BRING:
- 1 warm blanket, 1 pillow, 1 yoga mat for the Soundbath (get cozy)
- 16 oz Water (at least) and snacks
- Wear layers: weather can be cool and hot
- Sneakers for bike riding & a pair to change out of post-ride
- Hat and Sunglasses + Sunblock
