To our LA family, We would love to extend our heartfelt invitation to this FREE heart-opening experience, a deep nervous system refresh and reset. Join us for an hour of tranquility at this supportive community gathering. Find comfort, balance, and zen by connecting with your community, and feel embraced by the soothing sounds of the waves and Crystal Sound Bath, by the ocean backdrop under the sun on the beach.

WHAT TO BRING:

• 1 warm blanket, 1 pillow, 1 yoga mat for the Soundbath (get cozy)
• 16 oz Water (at least) and snacks
• Wear layers: weather can be cool and hot
• Hat and Sunglasses + Sunblock
