We Love You LA: Healing Beach Sound Bath For Our Community

Bring an umbrella, it will be raining. 

Free 2-4 hr. Street parking on Burton way and surrounding streets.

Please arrive at 10:50 AM at the location to find your spot to enjoy the sound bath. 

**the NEW space is a very cozy and intimate indoor location with a fireplace. 

**Please bring: a comfy yoga mat, 2 pillows, 2 blankets or a sleeping bag. 

**Wear cozy attire and warm socks.

Sound bath begins promptly at 11am.

Join us for an hour of tranquility at this supportive community gathering. WHAT TO BRING:

• 1 warm blanket, 1 pillow, 1 yoga mat for the Soundbath (get cozy)
• 16 oz Water (at least) and snacks
• Wear layers: weather can be cool and hot
• Hat and Sunglasses + Sunblock
